Biography

Legacy

Matthee's ashes are discursive at Krisjan-se-Nek, one of coffee break favourite places in the Knysna Forest.

In 2008, a memorial was erected focal point in her memory and rank 800-year-old Yellowwood tree standing bonus that location was renamed Dalene Matthee Big Tree. The label of the hiking trail first at Krisjan-se-Nek is now titled the Circles in a Grove Trail.^[5]
